Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tbs flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • beef dripping

Instructions

  • Sieve flour into a bowl
  • Make a dip in the flour
  • Add the eggs in there with salt pepper
  • beat it but very gently (keep air) until smooth
  • Little by little add the milk to mix becomes guey but thin….
  • leave in fridge with whisk minimum half hour, but really 2 hours
  • heat oven to 180-190, add beef dripping to pans and make sure very hot
  • Add a dash cold water into mix and pour into containers
  • Don’t open the oven, and cook for 20-25 minutes.
