Yorkshire Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 heaped tbs flour
- 2 large eggs
- salt
- pepper
- beef dripping
Instructions
- Sieve flour into a bowl
- Make a dip in the flour
- Add the eggs in there with salt pepper
- beat it but very gently (keep air) until smooth
- Little by little add the milk to mix becomes guey but thin….
- leave in fridge with whisk minimum half hour, but really 2 hours
- heat oven to 180-190, add beef dripping to pans and make sure very hot
- Add a dash cold water into mix and pour into containers
- Don’t open the oven, and cook for 20-25 minutes.
